Annie's 14 years old!

This is a lot late! You see, Annie's birthday was on April 18th. She got a camera for her birthday. So she took the SD card (that had the birthday cake pictures on it) out of my camera and put it in her camera. Such a teenager! Go find your own SD card! I just barely found her camera and took it back. So I've added a few of her pictures to the blog! She photographed all her presents and lots of herself but I didn't post them all.
She had lots of boyfriends. It took a while to blow out 14 candles. I think she did that on purpose!

Dinner - Grilled shrimp. peas and Daddy's garlic rice. Not so pretty on the paper plate. But it was yummy!

The cake - Tennis of course! The cupcakes look like tennis balls and spell out ANNIE. The tennis balls are lemon heads and the net is wafer cookies. You just can't tell from this picture!
Annie's new tennis racket! She loved it and it didn't cost us $150 like the one she wanted! Yeah Costco!Miss Annie and her camera! This was one of the silly pictures on the SD card. Annie should be happy I only put one on here!

But seriously, we love our Annie! She's a great young woman! She's smart & cute She loves tennis, Twilight, Facebook, making posters and handouts on the computer (inDesign), keeping her room clean NOT, and her little sister Jessie! She also loves her brothers but some days are better than others. She adores Cameron. Annie was one of his first words. He said "Annie" whenever he wanted something. I do too! or so she thinks. :)

Ash and I are really proud of her! We are above all very grateful for her! I've known Annie almost as long as I've known Ash. (I've known Ash 15 months longer, but that's another story!) We knew she was waiting to come here and she came ASAP! The song Ashley thinks of when he thinks of her birth is "Today is the Greatest Day" by The Smashing Pumpkins (I'm not sure of the exact title but you get the idea). He was so happy he was crying. (We have proof) He wouldn't let her out of his sight. He followed her everywhere, leaving me alone, but he loved his new little girl and felt very protective of her! He still is! I'm just grateful he still doesn't turn off all the lights in the house so it won't hurt her eyes. He really did that! Just think Ash 2 more years and she can date!

Just so nobody thinks she's perfect and will be translated soon - She always has a messy room, and has been known to talk back to her Dad, roll her eyes at her Mom and kick her brothers. But other than that she's "practically perfect in every way." - Monga Mark (and Mary Poppins)

Spring Break or Christmas Break ?!?

This is Spring Break 2009!
It snowed for 4 hours straight today! Annie took these pictures at our house. Annie did a great job with these pictures! Hopefully we'll get one good weather day for Spring Break.
The birds are even confused!
Should we just put up the Christmas Tree and lights?
